Frequently Asked Questions

Is ski equipment provided?
You must bring your own equipment (skis, poles and boots). Check with the sports shops in the village. You can also book your equipment in advance! Go to our partners page.
Does my child need a ski pass?
It all depends on your child's level. If they are a beginner, a ski pass is not necessary for the first few days. However, depending on their progress and skill development, you may need to get one later on.
For more information, please visit the "How to choose a ski pass" page.
The weather conditions don't look favourable (snowboard, rain)... Are my lessons insured?
The choice is yours... but your instructor will be waiting for you at the meeting point. Bring ski goggles for better visibility and suitable clothing. There will be no refunds or postponements of lessons.
If the lessons do not please my child, will I get a refund?
We understand that each child is unique and preferences can vary. However, we would like to inform you that, in accordance with our policy, lesson fees are non-refundable. We strive to create a positive experience for every child and are available to discuss any concerns or necessary adjustments to maximise your child's enjoyment and learning.
If I have an accident or fall ill during my stay at Les Angles, will esf Les Angles reimburse me for my lessons?
  • Once purchased, the services offered by esf Les Angles are non-refundable, for any reason.
  • If you do not have personal insurance, it is possible to take out cancellation insurance when you buy your lessons online. This insurance may cover the reimbursement of lessons under certain conditions (see general terms and conditions of insurance sale).
  • For lessons not booked via online booking, please refer to the general terms and conditions of sale sent to you with your booking confirmation, or contact the booking department directly.
Will there be snow during my stay?
Normally, nothing to worry about. The ski area is well equipped with snow cannons and esf Les Angles does its utmost to ensure that lessons are available in the area.
How can I get to the esf meeting points from where I stay in Les Angles?
Free shuttle buses are available in the village of Les Angles.
  • One stop is located at the foot of the PIOU PIOU area at the bottom of the village; this is a very easy way to get to the meeting point mentioned on your e-card; this stop is particularly valid for Piou Piou, Garoloup, Ourson, Flocon and certain levels of private lessons.
  • There's a stop at the foot of the Les Pélerins ski lifts where you can easily get to the meeting point mentioned on your e-card; this stop is valid for 1*, 2*, 3*, Étoile de Bronze, Étoile d'Or, competition, freestyle, teen and adult lessons, snowboard lessons and advanced level private lessons.
How can I help my child progress outside of lessons?
To help your child progress outside of lessons, it's essential to implement the advice and techniques shared by the instructor. When skiing with your child, apply their recommendations to reinforce learning and encourage regular practice. This family skiing time is the perfect opportunity to support your child's development while creating a fun and motivating environment. If you have any specific questions about the advice to follow, feel free to consult your instructor for further recommendations
