Advice and Preparation

FOR A TRULY ENJOYABLE WEEK OF WINTER SPORTS!

Be Well Equipped... and Safe!
  • Wearing a helmet is highly recommended..
  • For your comfort and that of your child, equip yourself with clothing designed for skiing and winter sports: warm, waterproof, and breathable. Don’t forget essential accessories: a hat or cap, mittens, ski goggles or mask, and protective sunscreen.
  • For snowboard lessons, we advise wearing wrist guards.

INDEPENDENCE AND SAFETY
Participating in a ski or snowboard lesson requires a degree of independence from each student and does not place them in close dependence on the instructor. Each student is responsible for their own safety and that of others.

Parents... Let's Communicate!
Our instructors are your primary contacts. Feel free to seek information and engage with them. For optimal progress, please do not follow your child during their lesson, and refrain from changing your child's lessons yourself; only their instructor is authorized to do so.

Group Lessons
  • E-cards for group lessons should be presented directly at the entrance of the lesson to the instructor; they indicate the location and validity period and do not include lift passes.
  • In the event of lesson cancellations beyond our control, and unless the instructor is absent, no refunds will be issued.
  • A minimum of 5 participants is required to hold a group lesson; if fewer than 5 are registered, the lesson will be cancelled.
