Frequently Asked Questions

What equipment is required?
Only snowboard equipment is mandatory. However, we recommend wearing a helmet and wrist guards.
Equipment is not included in the service.
Do I need to know how to ski to snowboard?
Snowboarding and skiing are two different disciplines with distinct techniques. It is not necessary to have skiing skills to start snowboarding. We begin with the basics of snowboarding, so even complete beginners can jump in without worry.
Does my child need a ski pass?
YES. You can purchase this pass directly upon your arrival at the resort or order it in advance by visiting the Les Angles resort website.

If the lessons do not please my child, will I get a refund?
We understand that each child is unique and preferences can vary. However, we would like to inform you that, in accordance with our policy, lesson fees are non-refundable. We strive to create a positive experience for every child and are available to discuss any concerns or necessary adjustments to maximise your child's enjoyment and learning.
Is cancellation insurance included in the service?
NO. However, you have the option to purchase cancellation insurance when booking a lesson online (see General Conditions of Sale).
Insurance is not offered for on-site sales. 
Is insurance to cover medical expenses in case of injury included in the service?
NO. You should check with your own insurance or purchase insurance available with the ski pass (see the sales service at the ski resort).
